Front plate holder

Just purchased a 24 and was wondering how everyone felt about moving the license plate license plate up front? Haven't received my new plates yet and it is mandatory in Wa.

It is mandatory in MD but I refuse to put it on. For the most part, unless you’re driving like an @ss, you probably won’t get bothered for not running it.

in CA its a infraction punishable by a $197.00 fine, plus court costs. I just dont want to deal with that so, i srcrewed four holes on a passanger bumper plastic using Amazon $10 license bracket.

Thinking about trying without, been running my Wrangler without for about 6 mos.
I was looking at the aftermarket stuff that moves it off to the side, I assume for more airflow. Would it make much difference?

WA resident here - My Gen 1 never had a front plate for 12 years, no issues to report. Drilled out the front plate bracket rivets on my new truck also. Hoping I have not just jinxed myself!
