Sway bar end links are good.

I'm not running factory tires/wheels, I shouldn't need to read what's on the door right?

Sorry, I should have included running 20" wheels

Yes you fill to the specks on the door the tire is a max and min psi. I just learned this myself, but would be assuming size of tire don't matter so ask someone that knows.

Don't go by the door, that is only for stock tires. Every tire has a different stiffness to the sidewalls, etc. I would definitely drop your psi though, that is way, way, snoop dogg (lion) high. I'd bring them down to like 45 or so. I run mine at 40

It sounds like your shocks are the issue. My fronts had a leaky seal at 34,000 miles and I replaced my rears at 50,000. Extended warranty does not cover shocks.

Just because a tire is bigger don't mean you should run higher psi. Door psi is rated for vehicle weight I'm sticking with use the door.

I found several different articles that pretty much all contradict each other where you should go by tire manufacturer or the door jam sticker.

I figured Tire Rack would be my best option and says to use door jam.

On a side note, a co-worker happened to be along side of me yesterday after work and said my passenger side tire was bouncing badly. I knew at least one was out of balance so now I know which one. I'll be taking it for balancing, rotation (while they're off) and alignment check Friday.

This one is with respect to tires is an easy one. No matter what any well meaning person tells you they are 100% dead wrong when they tell you to use the “tire pressure on the door” WHEN you are running other than the factory installed tires period end of discussion…. The reason is simple—for example I run a higher load rated tire so it will take more air pressure AND is about double the volume of the nitrogen on the inside of the tire. Tire carcass responds differently (determines handling to a great extent) according to the design to weight and inflation pressures. I you do not need to run 80lbs in a E rated tire for example because of lower loads you need not worry about running that much air. On the other hand running 35 lbs is not very smart either as the sidewall will flex quite a bit more than it was designed to do thereby weakening the tire in the long run.

My tires are max 65 psi and I run them with 56lbs of nitrogen. They handle great and are smooth as glass at speeds well over 100mph. In fact my high performance cars and no smoother at 100 than the Raptor. Also my tires are road force balanced. In some cases tires will show to be balanced but that has nothing to do with road force.. Do the research and you will see. This is not really just as simple as going to the tire store and getting new tires slapped on---sometimes you get lucky sometimes you do not. The discount I go to has a road force machine to balance tires and if the tires are being ordered they always get me 5 just to make sure they balance and road force out. Yes I am picky but buy a lot of tires from this store and will not tolerate anything but a perfect ride from tires. From the 38’s on the Raptor to the MB AMG and S Line Audi..

Good point there sir! I haven't let any air out of them, waiting till after balancing and alignment. I will only go to 50psi though, least that's my plan

I think I may have figured out my issue with the help of a co-worker. I know for sure one of my front tires is out of balance, which is causing a lot of shock usage and that's causing the oil to heat up and foam and not able to operate properly. On my way to work this morning, I kept it under 65 and it made a WORLD of difference. I hope this solves it, would be awesome. I'll know tomorrow for sure and fairly sure it needs an alignment, least visually looking it definitely does.

dang it thinking I finaly getting it and boss let's me have it lol. anyhow I called the tire manufacturer so I figured they would know what they are talking about. now the tires I put on were meant for the vehicle I was replacing tires with but I did not go with the same tire. so now I'm back at what the hell so are you saying 10 psi under for flex this is if the tire is way off of what is supposed to be on the vehicle?
