Front camera worth it?

I rarely use my front camera. Glad it is there if I ever need it. It is not that much money so why not have it. The front camera is cool to have and to my knowledge no other truck offers it from the factory.

There were many times on the Texas run I would have killed for the camera. Its not for rock crawling, its for topping the steeps hill when you are blinded by your hood. Instead of guessing and hoping there isn't a drop off or tree, you can see right through your camera.

I dont believe in all or nothing with the options. Why pay for something you dont need, use, or want? For example, Why would I pay $2k for some stickers? And I looked at used raptors. For the price of a used one, I can get a new one. I'm just trying to eliminate options I dont need.

some times I'm a goofes the point being is for resale if you don't get all the options you might as well get what you want so ya all the all or nothing states is it would be essayer selling with all the options or no options for price point being no options you could sell for less if you put one option on you have to find the person that want that particular item.

I think it depends how much off road use you expect.
You have to either be in 4x4 Low range, OR have off road mode on and rear diff locked in to be able to manually turn on the front camera.

IF it was or could be made to be on a switch without having to engage all the 4x4 stuff, then it would be far more useful for parking. I'm not going to lock in 4x4 low or go offroad mode and rear dif locked just to be able to park with the camera on. So I usually back into a parking spot and use the rear camera.

Parking? Really? That is not what it was designed for...

If someone needs a front camera for parking... You need to trade in your Raptor and get a smartcar!

I'm just sayin it would be nice to be able to use it for that. Not sure where you live, I'm in the city and my raptor is my daily driver. Parking lots usually have small parking spots.

I have the front camera and have not yet used it except to make sure it works. I don't think you'd miss not having it.

Perfect. No front camera for me
