Just spoke with LockPick and NAV-TV.

LockPick is out as far as getting the front camera to work on demand. They told me that it interacts with the instrument cluster and that the LockPick does not affect that at all. Unless LockPick starts to interact with that, then we are SOL.

NAV-TV says they don't have the feature either. But they asked if I could drive to Boca Raton, FL for them to borrow my truck. I politely declined since it's a bit of a drive for me. Anybody with a 2012 Raptor with Front Camera should contact [email protected] if you want to help them and us other 2012 owners with front camera out.

Hope there's a solution soon.

They'd definitely have quite a few sales from around here! Myself included.

I'm only 30 min North of Boca so I will email Nav-TV and see what it would entail.

I have heard/read you don't have to be in ORM to use the front camera, but you do have to be going less 5 mph and you can be in 2 wheel drive but the locker has to be engaged for the front camera to display. Hey 2012 owners, is that true or not? Though, I still would like to override all these BS so-called safety features or at least have the option to.

4WD Low or Off-Road mode with rear diff locked. I haven't played with the speed limitation, but you definitely have to be in drive or it won't work.

What Dane said. I don't have the balls to exceed the speed limiter though...

I thought I remember reading it was 15mph. I guess I could go grab my manual.

But... it's cold out there.

Pretty sure it's 15mph, a couple articles I googled say it too.

Not sure why you'd want to. We know the camera is just going to turn off and go back to whatever you had displayed before. Nothing exciting is going to happen.

On a side note, something interesting DID happen to me today driving away from the dealership. I had to back up and pull forward out of the bay. My rear camera stayed on in drive. I shifted to park and back to drive again and it went away.

We'll have to see if that becomes a theme or not.
