As long as its secured in the bed it is fine. Tie downs, D-rings, Vertical tire rack, WSI Race Rack they all work.

This is how I mounted mine for the SnoBall 500 Pre-run:

It worked great, except for holding the jack in place. I'd keep in mind that this event is going to have more rough & high speed terrain than the SnoBall did so If I were going to secure it with ratchet straps I'd go overkill.

I need to, i want a custom one since know one has one that i have really fell in love with and i love their rear bumper just dont want to spend the cash. I have a new 460v plasma cutter that I can't use to big I need to get rid of it first maybe he would do a deal.
