I run a large retail operation that has average ticket numbers over 6 figures per deal and I see that the right thing is done regardless of who or where a mistake was made and when it happens and it does way more than I like, I bite the bullit and move on. At this point I will apologize for being as harsh as I was to resolve this but I learned along time ago to deal with all issues hard and fast, otherwise resolution never comes and emotions take over..
