They will work with a little work. There is a few helpful videos out there that help. No big deal you just have to use the coil springs and tops with the longer studs off your old shocks. The 3.0 springs are just enough bigger around that they have
some clearance problems. Have had mine on about 10 days and no problems. They will raise your truck about 1.5" due
to the longer length of the 3.0.

hi jonh, I m a new member in this forum , and I have a 2012 ford raptor., and time to rebuild shock ( 76000km)
since the introduction of gen 2 shock on your gen 1, have you had any problem about your transmission before, and you bring other modifications on the front suspension, I would like to have your judgment, because in view of the prices of a fox shock set oon eBay , I would like to do the same installation.thx for your help.

Pat,

I've had mine on for 5 months with no issues. I don't off road, rock climb of leave the ground with my truck intentionally.

If I want to cross a ditch or other obstacle that comes by in the course of a day, I do it. I drive mine daily on the farm. There

are many post saying don't do it. If I were using my truck truck in a rougher fashion I would be concerened about the issues

mentioned in other post. I think you have to be your own judge. I believe if you just use it and don't abuse it you will be ok.

But if you like to rough house your truck, (I know it was made to play) I would probably go a different direction.

Wow, seeing these are 880 right now for full set of new takeoffs...do these just bolt right on to Gen1's? I had been planning to have my stock 2.5s rebuilt soon.

The Rears bolt right up but the Fronts require you to use your old Springs i believe.

I have some OEM Gen 2 shocks with RPG collars on the fronts if you are interested, and the leafs springs.

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns
