I don't know about forescan, but you could wire in a switch. If you want more convenience, wire the plug source in to the radio hot wire.

For anybody who made their turn signals into DRLs, did you also somehow hook your fogs up to be DRLs? I’m guessing tapping into the turn signals would also turn the fogs into turn signals?
