Having issues with forscan.
Doing the module backup, trying to save the first module (Apim as built format), when i choose Apim and press play symbol at the bottom I get this.

You need a free 2-month extended license or purchase a 1/3/5/lifelong license: https://forscan.org/download.html

For info on the free extended license see my tutorial

Thanks, Got it done. Did Lincoln Mirrors, Heated and cooled seats on screen, and Double Honk disable, Then laptop battery died.
Does the auto re-lock work on 2017 Raptor?

Are the Forscan tweaks only for the Gen 2? I’ve only seen people referring to the 2017+ models, but I also haven’t read through all 1700+ posts....

I decided to start the forscan process and backup my modules today. However when I try to save them I get a "unable to save log" error.

I am using the newest connector as recommended a couple pages back as well.

What am Idoing wrong?

Sounds like the FORScan folder doesn't have the "write" permission set for whatever user you're logged in as. Try right-clicking the \my documents\forscan folder and going to properties, security and see if that folder is writable and whether you're logged in as administrator.

Thanks for the reply, however that's not the problem (pc was set up correctly). Think I should I uninstall and reinstall forscan?

It's worth a shot and I'd use the default installation folders if you didn't the first time.

Great but LONG thread (1800 posts! and 40 pages)! Took a while but perhaps this thread could be closed and one for model years/generation specific be started to limit the pieces that are relegated to those years.

Great feedback from Livinitup and a few others that dig into the programming and thankful for all the knowledge and support!
