This is parking lights only. If you also want the turns, then use that line.

Is there a code just to have the amber headlight surrounds on but not the other running lights?

Not that I know of. There doesn't seem to be any line item in the spreadsheet that fits that description.

I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to have the low beams AND the parking lights? I can only get parking lights to work without the standard low beams

That's the standard DRL set up! No coding required. Just set light switch to auto and turn on DRLs in the dash setting menu.
