I run that filter on my 2019.
No issues.
Except my truck used 2.5 quarts between changes.
Had the truck 14 months with 30k miles on it and it has used that much every 4000 miles.

Thats burning through quite a bit of oil.

I’ve been using it on my 2019 since new but not sure of the filter media micron rating or beta ratio.

Well Ford said that's fine,no smoke,no puddles under truck.
Never ever had a car or truck use oil like this one.
