How much HP do you think you gain with a set of good headers, hooked up to the FRP sport cat back exhaust?

I actually just had mine on the dyno after the Headers, just wish I had done a before and after to truly compare the gain: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3d1gd9MxFw

Mods include:
- Kooks Longtube Headers w/Catted Y Pipe
- Ford Racing Muffler w/side exit
- Volant CAI
- Five Star 93 Performance Tune

Pull 1: 367hp and 406tq
Pull 2: 369hp and 416tq
Pull 3: 369hp and 413tq

Oh yeah definitely much louder but only when I want it to be. It's very comfortable to drive at highway speeds even without the mid-muffler/resonator but when I step on it, it screams.
