Report back about any hassles. I’ll be doing mine soon. Where did you find the best deal in a cover
Absolutely.

I got the cover and ARP bolts from JEGS as they have a $15 off $249 purchase. As for the gasket, I got that from Quick Performance.

Both places shipped same day.

Planning to do the swap myself over the weekend.

For those that used the ARP bolts @hamster @roger7254 , what did you torque the bolts too? I’m seeing from research ranges as low as 15 to 33 ft/lbs.

Looking over my stock cover, looks like I’ll need to reuse at least 2 OEM bolts as they have the external stud to attach the lines to. Same torque for those as the ARP bolts?
22 ft/lbs, here is the link. https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxTmhYqPZPGWq2Mmp5eL4Im5ltZIFcPW3L?si=Ov6pCrxyDe0zaL4Q

I couldn't do 20-25 Ft/lbs - the bolts were obviously preparing to strip at my setting of 20 ft/lbs.
I did use blue locktite, and after 3 weeks there is no seeping or oil obvious on the bottom of the pumpkin - but time will only tell.
I did leave my spare tire off after the diff service - it did appear that the tire (OEM size) was obviously rubbin g against the Ford Performance diff cover.

Which bolts did you use?

I ran this cover on '17 and '20 with no rubbing....going to be pissed if rubs on '24. Now the spare has a little play in location and if pull it toward the rear right before it hits frame you might have enough room. Now both of my past ones were 35" so 37" might not have the room. Glad you posted the issue as now I will check clearance before I do any work.
