Ford Pass Features 17 vs 18 vs 19

I have a 2017 and noticed a friend with a 2018 has tire pressures in his Ford Pass App where mine will only say Tire Pressure is OK or Low.

Have the available features of Ford Pass changed depending on model year?

Yes. They have changed. The 2019 ford pass has some more features like Location of your truck.

It seems ford is adding more features every year.

On my 2019 Raptor (and my wife's 2018 Lariat) you can get tire pressure data even while the truck is parked and not even running.

my 2018 has location, but just "tire pressure OK"....my wife's 2018 ex Sport has exact tire pressure values.

It's weird. The 2018 F150 has the most updated Ford Pass app yet Ford did not integrate this in the Raptor until 2019. So my wife's 2018 Lariat Ford Pass is the same as my 2019 Raptor ford pass app.

So the shark fin antenna was available in 2018 for the F150 and only available in the 2019 Raptor and not the 2018.

No, shark fin is only 2019+. Summary like everyone has said:

• Have featured changed between model year? Yes
• 2018 tire pressure: only shows OK or low. Need 2019 to see actual pressures
• 2018 does show location of your truck

2019 there is also a tab for the 4G hotspot in the app

My 18 HAD location, but it hasn't worked for a while.
