My Ford Pass recently stopped working after 31 days of ownership of my ‘23. I called the 800 number and they told me to take it to the dealer and tell them code 51389. I have an appointment to take it in on Friday.
Not sure if it’s related but I’m also getting a message on the head unit: No network connection. Navigation and traffic might be affected.
Also noticed that Alexa isn’t an option / doesn’t respond any longer.

Dealership said Ford acknowledged the issue, but no fix yet. Said they are keeping my repair ticket open and they will call me to bring it back in when they have a fix.

The TCU locked up.. Happens to people from time to time. If you have forscan you can start with resetting the TCU and gateway

If you dont have forscan unplug the TCU for an hour or so and you will be good.

The TCU is on the back wall behind the passenger rear seat above the jack. Only need to unplug the main plug to reset.

I found this on another F-150 forum, tried it last night and my Raptor is back online (Wireless, Wifi, Alexa etc.) and Ford Pass updated immediately!

Many posts on this known issue for 23's. Easiest fix, if you have Forscan, just reset TCU and Wifi Module. You must reset both. you'll be back in business then. The plus about this, Ford is supposedly coming out with an OTA update, BUT you must have the connectivity to get it to work. The irony! This path will save you a trip to the dealer
Reminds me of “IT department will email you a new password” to the email you can’t get into….ha

My truck lost connectivity. Unhooking the tcu for 4 hours did nothing. Unhooking the negative battery terminal for an hour fixed the issue.
AKA the “magic power cycle"

My connectivity is intermittent. Some days it works. Some it doesn't. I really don't want it. So if it's not working, then I'm ok.

Can no longer start/lock/unlock from app after getting latest update 4.2.1 on Thursday. When you unhooked the neg cable did you lose settings? i.e. radio, seats etc.?

What’s the bigger concern for you…losing app functionality or losing your settings?

Try the easier option of deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that works first.

Deleted and reinstalled app and same issue. I'm not concerned about losing my settings I am trying to figure out how much time to give myself when I do it so I can reprogram my settings rather than trying to reprogram on the fly.

I lost some settings when I performed the power cycle. Worth it though. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does nothing if your truck is not connecting to Wi-Fi. I tried everything and the power cycle / battery terminal disconnnect was the only thing they worked.
