I just checked online with my vin and nothing comes up. Frustrating because I’m nearly positive this is what’s going on with my truck.

You need to have the dealership update the gateway code

Anyone with the 23B71 letter get it fixed yet? My local servicing dealer said parts were available, but still don't have the parts in to schedule me. I'm not gonna lie, I am less than enthused that the whole front end of my truck with 1,400 miles is gonna be torn apart and I'm not the one doing the wrenching...

Wow I've always complained about a thud/clunking from the front driver suspension. Even a rubbing/grinding when turning left. I hope I receive this damn paper.
