Ford letter about Front Axel Pinion Damage

I see some posts about noise coming form the front end of these trucks, some say rattling others clunking. So, curious, has anyone else received this letter?

I've definitely noticed some vibration in the front end of my 2023, nothing shown on my VIN regarding 23B71 though. Might have to call and look into this.

I too received the letter; my servicing dealer ordered (availiable) parts yesterday, supposted to hear today about scheduling her in.
