Maybe that’s why Ram is sending power to all 4 at all times. Between traction and possibly breaking rear suspension parts, they may have needed to spread things out. Not the best choice of words for this thread.

But Ford uses the Torsen up front vs Rams posi diff. Ford was quoted in saying they liked the better performance of the Torsen. But if your stuck in AWD with this, it wouldn’t be as buttery smooth all around. So they may have to think there options out.

Huh? Have you seen how the TRX puts the power down? It's impressive. I had a Gen1 Roush supercharged with 600HP and I had plenty of power everywhere but couldn't plant it. Of course it would be best if RWD and AWD was selectable for the times you did want to slide around...

I like the option of switching to 4A for if/when I want to launch it without smoking the rear tires.

AWD is the way of EV’s. Just like having the option to burn fuel right now and for a little longer. We like the option of being able to select 2WD or AWD when we want.

Crab crawl, Tank 360, rear steer, self driving. It’s gonna be great. Just let us have a 2WD option for now as well.
