Ford FDRS heated wheel programing

So I installed a new digital readout HVAC module and the new SCCM. Took the truck to my Ford master technician and asked him to program the vehicle.
Upon hooking up his FDRS to my truck, we got all the way to “running the download” and it asks him to provide a Service Vehicle code….
Has anybody on here tried doing this at their dealer- and run into the same issue? And if so- what CODE did your tech use to make this work?

FDRS is going to want to configure the vehicle the same way it left the factory; I’m not seeing how it would allow programming of modules that the truck didn’t come equipped with. That may be the reason he’s encountering the prompt.
