I have that letter as well. If the Nav needs updating, your best bet is to take it to the dealer and have them update to the A4 card.

My letter came with the A4 card. You may have that card already depending when you got your Raptor. Mine is Oct 2012 Its a 13

Son of a Bitch.........I had the update done in January, and the dealer scratched my Screen fixing my heat. They installed a new screen 3 days later, but no SVT RAPTOR on start up. I wish I would've known about it before, but like you guys said, it's a Raptor - I shouldn't have to tell them.
