So if you subtract all of the vehicles produced prior to December (they were given out as demos for reviewers/articles), that means each state averaged 130 Raptors. Then factor in how many are still on Ford lots and now each state is below 100 Raptors. For states with populations in the 10s of millions, it's no wonder why some are not seeing many new Raptors on the road yet.

Well said.

Builds starting in October were customer builds. Also each state doesn't get the same number of allocations so I don't really understand your point.

I take it as, even with the analytics depicting a lot of builds, when diluted in the aggregate with the myriad of variables, it's understandable they still are perceived as a rarity on the streets.

I still see a ton more gen 2 on the streets now than I did the gen 1 for the first couple years of its production. I saw two last night just while bar hopping.

There are 3 in my town of 50k that I know of. I see one dropping his kids off at my kids' school although I'm never in my raptor when I see him.

Drove 1,500 miles home and saw 1. No one I know personally (who can actually identify a Gen 2 Raptor) nor myself has seen any in my area -- ever. Anecdotal evidence is fun!

I've got three in my neighborhood alone, more in my town.

I've had my Gen2 for 2.5 months and I haven't seen another Gen2 on the road yet.
FWIW, there are 3 others on this forum with Gen2's in my state.
