For those that have a ravelco device (or other anti theft); how do you handle these scenarios?

I had a ravelco installed today on my 24-R. It’s the first anti theft device I have ever installed in a car. For those of you that use this device or others like it; how do you handle a valet parking scenario? Hotel parking? Service departments? I’m thinking out loud but I am totally unfamiliar with the best practice for a device like this. I definitely don’t want to not use it when valet parked because then there is no point to have it, but explaining it to the people working at a lot of these places could be difficult I imagine.

As long as it's insured, and either the valet or the restaurant also has insurance; that's as good as it gets.

I have great insurance but that does nothing to stop theft. I’m wondering from people that use an anti theft device how they handle valets. I already have the device, not using it would be stupid

What I found is usually the valet will let you park it as long as you pay them, and they can hold the keys and you can just have the device on your keychain
