Oh, trust me you might have a minute or 2 then someone will be on you asking what your doing in the lot! Just in that lot alone figure 480 trucks x $80K each = $38,400,000 o_O

So it looks like my day is finally here. I am effing pumped! 7/30 build date and its finally arrived and ready for pickup. I will post pics on an appropriate thread after pick up.

You all will LOVE this though. So my dealer, who has been awesome throughout my 5 month wait - sent me the pics of the truck unloading, etc..I saw them, loved it all. A few hours later, I looked again and noticed something was "off". Turns out the truck was delivered missing the graphics package Raptor sticker on the right side rear quarter panel.

LOL. I just laughed so hard with my sales guy and we both agreed it could be much, much worse. Like, hey - it has 4 wheels! He obviously has already taken action and has the missing decal on the way to the dealership and it will be applied and on the truck before I get there for pickup.

How the EFFF does that get past QC? Its the most gigantic part of the decal pack - full stop!

Anyway, can't make this **** up!

Also, convoy truck mentioned they arent even picking up at DTP, Ford is driving the trucks to the logistics/shipping lots where they are then loaded on convoys for delivery. Probably why my brand new '21 has 31 miles on the odometer!

Anyway, more to come!

So if Raptor sales were 7800 or so in 2010, 13000 in 2013-2014, 30,000 in 2019, what do you think sales will be in 2022? 40-50000? Yet Ford F-150 sales from my understanding are a pretty flat number of around 900,000 a year. Does it seem insane that Raptors could be more than 5% of all F-150 sales? Seems crazy to me....Profitability yes I could see that number being a lot higher.

Hopefully this means parts are going on trucks though…
