GEN 1 Fluid requirements and capacities

Can someone point me to the fluid requirements for these trucks? Was gonna get all the info off Alldata at work, but forgot and I am going to be changing the coolant, oil and filter, trans fluid and filter, transfer case, rear diff and maybe the front diff. My truck is a 2013.

SHe recently rolled over 200,000 miles and I don't have any service records. Planing on taking it out to Anza Borrego State park in a few weeks. Gonna be probably a 1,000 trip. And She get's used pretty hard, so she needs the attention.

This is for GEN 1 trucks with the 6.2L V8

Motor Oil: 5W-20, 7 quarts
Transmission: Mercon LV,
Transfer Case: Mercon LV, approx 50 ounces or 1.6 quarts
Front Differential: 80W-90 gear oil, approx 50 ounces or 3.5 pints
Rear Differential: 75W-140 gear oil, 5.5 pints
Power Steering: Mercon LV
Coolant: Motorcraft Specialty Orange Engine Coolant, 19.5 quarts
Brake Fluid: DOT 3
