First self-inflicted oil change......

.........since getting the used '11 back in June. Normally do all the family vehicle oil changes but I did have the local stealership do the only other oil change since I took her home. They charged $48.00 for oil, filter & labor. Figured I could knock this out quickly and after perusing the other threads from the members here, it went smooth and no spillage occured. Honestly just want to do them myself. I did drop the skid plate and that made changing the filter much cleaner than if I'd tried to work through the small opening. Used two catch pans at once and it was done in under and hour.

Yeah, but it's only 12 dollars to have the guys on base do it and I don't want to get oil on my work suit. I need nice soft hands for my office job too
