Finally looked at TRX up close

I know, they did the fix on the 2013 and 14..I saw the video. I waiting for front springs for the TRX to come out to level it and firm the front end just a bit. I had Geiser on my Gen 1.

I think Foutz makes a leveling kit and Eibach is doing 2” lift springs

Lol when the auto market cools and fuel prices go up what do you think is going to happen to your ram rebel trx lol. Is not going up I promise you. There are dealers over on the TuRdX forums asking folks to order/buy for 5,000 off msrp with some saying invoice. Historically speaking ram has held its value the WORST out of the big 3 in the truck department. Ask several members around here about the trade in values on rams. Lol I could care less about a Cox automotive report. VinConnect,vauto,dealertrack. I go off of MMR NOT BOOK #s.

How on earth did you arrive to this opinion? Thats like a civic and porsche interiors are equivalent.

I’ve sat in the TRX. And while I haven’t sat in a gen 3 Raptor I have sat in both platinum and limited F-150’s. And yes I think it is a wash. While a TRX interior is nicer than a gen 2 Raptor I don’t think you can say the same for a gen 3 Raptor. You seriously think comparing the trx interior to the gen 3 interior is like comparing a civic to a Porsche? And last I checked I like my opinion the best!

Sure. One sec. Not a giant stretch given the review vids I have seen but maybe slightly hyperbolic.

Never owned a raptor but driven a gen 1 and 2. My brother has a g2 and other friends have had them over the years.

I respectfully disagree as I think most on this forum would as well. I have to ask..if you own a TRX and have never owned a Raptor(and obviously don’t like the Raptor)why would you spend your time here? Just to bash the Raptor? Or am I missing something?

I actually do like the raptor. It’s absolutely a cool truck. I just think Ford screwed up the G3 and like go fast things. The anemic motor options put me in the trx.

I have an R allocation on hold (if the dealer doesn’t screw me). I hope it’s a better truck tbh. I can overlook a lot for performance on and off road.

Okay that’s fair. I am in the business and my family has a Ford store and CDJR store. Ford hasn’t given us any details on the R yet other than that it is coming. Supposedly 2nd half of next year. I was originally going to wait for the R but for reasons discussed in an earlier post I think I am going to get a 37” ecoboost instead.
