Congratulations and welcome to the forum. SCABS are very hard to find. Back in 18’ the dealers I was using to find mine said the production of SCABS to SCREWS was 1 to 20 and most SCABS were the low end packages ie 800A versus 802A. I had 5 dealers searching for what I wanted and they all wanted me to change to a SCREW and if I wanted a SCAB equipped the way I wanted the only way to get it was to order it. Back then the dealers were all asking $15 to $20k above MSRP. It took me a week and finally made a deal to order mine for $3600 (5.4%) below MSRP. My order was placed on Nov 27, 2018 and I picked it up on Feb 5, 2019. Mine is Ruby Red, 802A, CF, tailgate step, sprayed in liner, Folding hard tonneau cover.
I didn’t want Graphics, Recaros, Tech package, ford bead lock rims, rear Appliqué. MSRP $67,070 purchase price $63,470.
I love this truck more than my 69’ Boss 302 that I had from 71’ to 80’. I live in Indianapolis and I have only seen 1 Gen 2 Scab since I purchased mine.
I’m sure you will love yours as well and you will always be in the smaller group of Raptor owners.
The shorter wheel base is great for fitting in my garage, parking and driving in downtown Indy.
Have fun, be safe and stay healthy! Cheers!!
