Ordered the MAG case and a yellow colored ring for my Pixel 9 Pro XL, as well as the vent mount with MAG wireless charging head. Also for ***** and giggles I ordered the tripod/selfie stick too. I'm going to test fit the vent mount setup in the Raptor, but if it doesn't fit the vent right, I'll use it in my 22 F-150, and potentially go to a windshield mount instead for the Raptor.

I was skeptical about a vent mount but it actually secures very well and looks decent. I was pleasantly surprised
That's not going to work well on a Gen 1.

The vents are circular and can rotate 360 degrees on the 04-14 F150s, unlike any earlier and later trucks that have typical rectangle shaped vents with limited up/down left/right travel of the vents.

And…..? Did I say this was a good mount for a Gen 1? I don’t understand your comment- thanks for the history lesson on a Gen 1?

And, you are replying to a thread called Favorite Phone Mount in the Gen 1 section.

Did you not notice that?

He has a Gen 1 truck. He is not asking what phone mounts work in Gen 2 truck with Gen 2 style vents.

You think I should recommend a Whipple supercharger in the Gen 2 section when someone asks about upgrading turbos?

I'll just say "Well, I never said blowers were good for Gen 2 trucks" when someone says "that won't work".

The first time I looked at the Quadlock website it was nothing but pop up bullshlt and cookie ads. I gave up and moved on.

Today, I see nothing has changed.

These businesses need to drop all that and stop trying to sell me a "lifestyle". Seriously, they are selling you a piece of plastic. It's not going to change your life.

OP seemed to find the information useful. I included a pic and link. Move along…..

Oh and no, I didn’t see it was a Gen 1 thread. Catastrophic oversight

I had thoughts on that too. I have a 22 F150 that has the "regular" vents on it, so I bought a vent mount as I know it'll fit that fine, but I'll test fit it on the 13 Raptor and see how it goes. If it doesn't work with the round vents, then I'll probably just end up doing a windshield suction mount. I hate sticking shit to the dash.
