Factory Bedliner issue...

Has anyone who has the factory bedliner come across this issue where the bedliner is eating away the paint just below the tailgate liner? See pics.

Is it rubbing?
Maybe the tail gate needs adjusted. Not sure if you can?

Yea Joe, it looks like its rubbing. Guess I will have to take to dealer and get them to fix it. Probably best thing to do is have them spray a liner on the lower half of tailgate to keep it from rusting cuz its obviously rubbed into be the bare metal. Will have them look into adjusting the tailgate too. Sucks the tailgate liner is too short...another 1/4" longer and problem would not occur.
