Extended dealer warranty is it worth it?

Zero cost.

Life time drivetrain, no milage or time limit. My dealer gave me this when I bought my FX4. I do have have it seviced on regular basis either at the dealership or a certified shop.

Can the Flood Ford ESP be transferred to someone else if I decide to sell? If yes, does anyone know how much the transfer fee would be?
