I just got a certified pre-owned 2018 raptor with 7800 miles. It came with a bumper to bumper warranty of 48,0000 miles through 02/23/2022 (3 years). I am being told I can get a extended bumper to bumper warranty now at a discount (because the car is still considered new/certified) to bring the bumper to bumper to 100000 ending 02/23/2026. The cost is $2,536 including CT Sales tax. What should I do given I don't really fix my own car.

I would go on Flood Ford website and punch in your VIN and get a quote from them. I bet the cost would be half that. I purchased a 8 years 100,000 for half of that which included the adder for the HID headlights. It is the same warranty that your dealership sells.
