Exhaust? Caliper?

False alarm. 10mph on road in front of dealer noise is still there. Back in the loaner I go… told them to pull the front brakes at a minimum. Everything else is indeed tight.

After a combined 3 weeks at dealership over roughly 4 months I found the problem.
Brakes redone by me
ENDLINKS by me
GoPros all over
Exhaust removed installed
Dealership put in new front driveshaft
R&r shocks
Beadlocks off. They were nasty anyway.
Who knows what else and the hours I spent.

Check your side steps and snug them down. Frame nuts and pad bolts. For reference, All 16 pads bolts 10mm loosened with my drill set at 1.

Noise is GONE!

Wish I would have found this earlier, but I had this exact sound. Turns out for me it was the caliper slide pins had worn down enough that it created play and the brake pad housing was rattling around over bumps.
