Everyone's manual say this? Oil related

6 L and 5W30 for the 2.7 and 6.3L and 5W20 for the 3.5? I've always thought it was 5w30 and 6 quarts for the 3.5

That is interesting. My 2020 and 2023 are both 5w 30.

The 2015-2017 F150 had a naturally aspirated 3.5L duratec V6 as the base engine. I think that is what those specs are for.

Interesting that's the book I have for my raptor. The oil type is gone from my oil cap. Oddly. Like it worn off.

It's def not 5w20. 5w30 is the recommended oil for ecoboosts.
