Very nice! Like others, not sold on the seats. What about the moon roof and sliding rear window? I wanted him to start it and do a smokey burn out! And he didn't mention the price... I ran into a guy yesterday with a sweet 77 flareside with a 460. We talked for a bit about his truck and my Raptor, as well as my wife's '64 flareside 4x4. I can only imagine... Now I need to buy a Powerball ticket...

I looked into this for my 78' before I got distracted with making it a hot rod. The wheelbase and frame length between a longbed dentside and a scab raptor is nearly identical, swapping the chassis under the cab would be a good way to go. This truck looks like they kept the firewall from the raptor, and the raptor door ding is a dead giveaway. It must be a ton of work to integrate the BCM into a 79'. Keeping the firewall is a common technique with the crown vic frame swaps. The shortbed is 10" shorter wheelbase so there must have been some frame shortening going on.

Well done whoever you are.

Now that’s crazy cool. They should have added the the adaptive cruise and 360 camera.

I've been following this build off and on. Very well done and the fab work on the cab is impressive. I'd like it in a blue or black.
