Funny, I just pulled a carfax on the OP's Raptor and he has it serviced at Autonation.

I called livernoris and they said to do a basic build with my engine with all forged parts starts about $14,000 and goes up depending

I was quoted about the same when my engine got replaced. Should've done it now that it's all said and done. Lol

Cracked connecting rod???
Misfire and no compression could be easily diagnosed . .
but, cracked connecting rod . . to many other variables
I think they pulled that out of a dark area
Maybe they have x-ray vision.
Fix the engine that's in it!

Dealers don't play like that with engines, they only get a Ford certified rebuilt from the factory or a new engine.
You could ask them to install a after market one but if something goes wrong it's all on you.

If you decide to go somewhere other than a ford dealer, I have a guy in Mesa I use, and have had excellent results with.

I remember most all FORD rebuilt engines now come from Jasper Gas Engines
I recommend them 100%

I thought I saw cable show about Ford's rebuilding facility, but Hockster could be right.
