Just picked up the truck tonight. They cleared the code which fixed the issue. They wanted to keep the truck until they could contact ford engineering on Monday to assist in figuring out what caused the code. I obviously didn’t want any further investigation so I asked to pick it up and told them I would bring it back if I had any further issues. Lesson learned, don’t unplug any harnesses and then start the engine!

Glad it worked out for you but more importantly, thanks for 'exposing' your mistake and letting others learn from it. I'm sure there are many more knucklehead moves that happen and nobody learns from them.

Exact same thing happened to my wifes brand new Ford Edge ST
Had to take to dealer. Turns out it was a bad cylinder head temp sensor!
NICE, hope it was a one time gig.

You know... I had a much less severe manifestation similar to this. I tried to tap the bed lights for a reverse light power source. Bad idea. Lights by themselves was ok, but when I put in reverse, they went out. I checked and found no fuse issues but no juice at the lights. After some ‘ et surfing I connected with Forscan and found BCM codes.
Cleared codes, lights worked again
