Awesome quality control there at Ford. Can't believe how Ford is rolling this out, seems half-assed. Good luck getting your dealer to replace it. They probably don't know any better and will give you that ******** stare when you show it to them.

Probably got a base 3.5 ecoboost rather than the higher output Raptor version! I would run that on a dyno to make sure you got the right version of the 3.5 eco!!

it's a damn plastic cover. Maybe they ran out of the "special" ones and put on a standard one so at least you could have your truck.

Same people whining about this would be bitching about their trucks not being delivered because of the engine cover. guaranteed they would say "it's just a cover slap on a normal one and give me my truck"

I'm with ya....I took mine off already anyway...seems like all it did was keep the heat in and make it hard to get the oil cap off. It's just the principle of getting what I paid for from the start....
