Dual Battery Setup

Looking for info and ideas on any dual battery setups in order to have a secondary auxiliary for backcountry. Anyone done this?

I run a 2nd battery in the bed of 112ah of Headway Lithium for my Truck's stereo. Not the battery you need or use but same principle. I run a zero gauge from the alt fused under the truck along the frame then up through the holes in the front of the bed along the driver's side. Grounded to the frame and then back to the ALT bolt, both zero also. You would need a battery better suited for the elements because this isn't that battery.
