GEN 1 Need some advice

Hello truck people i need some advice with a soon to be purchase.

Looking at a 2010 Ford raptor supercab with a 6.2L and (90K) miles. Priced at 16,000$
Issues: broken boot on front driveshaft/new tires/ roof paint peeling/tags 2 years outdated

What do you guys think of this deal any advice will be appreciated.

Axles aren't a hard fix
