Driver Side Amber Marker Not Working

Noticed last night my front driver side amber marker light on the fender isn't working. I don't have a picture but comparing it to the others it appears there is a white membrane inside that has deteriorated. On the other marker lights the membrane spans the lenght of the light, while this one is just in the middle. I have an appointment in a few weeks at the dealer to get some other things looked at (front camera malfunction causing cruise and collision warnings) would this be a warranty claim? If not, does anyone know the part # I would need to replace the AMBER (not red) marker lights?
