GEN 1 Driver Door Not Locking / Unlocking

My 2014 Ford Raptor drivers door not locking / unlocking via the key fob or key pad. The other doors are locking / unlocking. Is there a spacific fuse that would cause this affect? Would it be either fuse 20 (20A) or fuse 32 (15A) in the passenger compartment? Thanks!

Could the bad driver's switch keep the whole door lock system from working? Are they wired in series? I checked fuses and the wires for breakage in the door jam, but nada. Could be the solenoid, if there is one?

yes, the drivers switch is the gateway to the bcm. if you hear noises from the dash, its most likely the parking light relay. there is no mechanical noises from the door lock system thats under there. also could be a bcm, but thats rare and i have seen a lot more switches fail than bcm.

I'll give that a try. Ya think I can carefully lift that big driver's switch out of it's hole with plastic interior tools or do I need to tear down the whole interior door panel? Lol, no big deal if it's the latter, last sunday I spent the day dropping my Rap's headliner and installing the Sunroof Doctor sunroof repair kit. By this weekend all the little plastic cuts and nicks in my hands should be healed :-D !!

Can I test continuity or do I just go buy a new switch? F150 switches gotta be a 'dime a dozen' at pick-n-pull right...?

you can test the switch if you have a meter. the switch panel will come out seperate from the door panel. use a putty knife or a wide flat tool to pull it out.

Thank you Car Stereo! I've still not worked on this problem. Never realized how convenient remote lock/unlock is until it's gone!
