Came across this video where these guys kept it in normal drive mode but ran the same stretch in the 3 different suspension modes. Normal, sport and off road ( Baja).
I couldn’t tell much difference in the way it handles the bumps just form watching. It almost looked like normal mode was more smoother.
Im sure in more extreme situations, the Baja or sport will be more noticeable. The test starts at 5:09.
