Ok, 7 years. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt on the length of your false ownership of Gen 1.

This took me less than 5 minutes, because I really own a tuned Gen 2 with every after market option I claim...

That’s cool and I wouldn’t mind seeing a GT motor in the truck as a possibility. But then again it’s setup for a car and truck tuning would need to be done.

Other than that, your post didn’t make a lot of sense.
I was referring to the statement that the 3.5 can’t make more than 500 horsepower. The gen 2 group myself included seems to be satisfied with stage 2 for now. I’m not aware of a big push for bigger turbo and engine internal upgrades yet. The GT with the 3.5 is at 600 hp stock. It made sense to me to throw it in because it makes more than 500 hp. I’m completely satisfied with my stage 2 upgrades in my truck, anymore will just get me in trouble on and off-road.

I meant RWHP. We don't know what a Ford GT engine would put to the ground through a Raptor driveline. Regardless, at a minimum, the GT has a different rotating assembly, cams, turbos, etc. so it's basically a built engine already (relative to the Raptor version).

If you have higher aspirations (pun intended) then the 6.2 is the better platform. With forged pistons and rods, these things can easily make 1000 RWHP with good fuel.

Guys. It's a 77% larger engine. This really isn't rocket science. :shrug:

The guy said his wife gave him the green light to get a Gen 2 and a budget of 50-60k, with a factory warranty I would imagine for that price. Why are you here trying to screw up this guy's dream?

You try and talk him into buying a 40k, 6 year old truck, add 9k in mods, with no warranty? I bet you could also figure out a way to F up a free *******. Congrats.
