I Have the 21 raptor 37 I traded my 18 raptor for a TRX had that 5 months and traded that for the new raptor ..
the 2021 Raptor is so much nicer than my gen 2 and the TRX ..the ride is so smooth..the steering is precise and nimble , the truck feels tighter and lighter ....

The rear suspension on my 2020 got a lot better when I dropped the tire pressure to 34 from 38. It still hops sideways from time to time, but the improvement is significant.

All of this talk gets me excited about going from a 2016 Limited to the Gen3. I'm hoping the change is something substantial!

Also, the current V6 Raptor would not be as nimble with a V8 under the hood because of the extra weight penalty. I feel 450 HP with decent fuel mileage is perfect for this truck.

Had a similar journey…went from a '13 FX4 coyote to a ’17 Raptor and now a ’21 Raptor. You’ll be thoroughly pleased. If not, I’ll take it off your hands; we’ll work out the details! LOL

Amazing how different everyone's perspectives are. I just test drove a 21 with 37" package today, and was underwhelmed. The interior is no doubt an upgrade, and I liked the rear end with coils more than springs. That being said, it wasn't night and day, it was exciting and new. But felt like a very incremental improvement, definitely not enough to move me out of my 2020 yet. I will like "upgrade" in 2023 or so, but I didn't feel like the Gen 3 was as phenomenal as some people say, though it may be hyperbole. A great truck, and no doubt an improvement, but not what I had been lead to believe. And yes, that's my opinion I understand everyone has one. Just my .02 for anyone on the forum interested in a relatively unbiased opinion.

It’s almost like the guy OP has financial incentive to get people to upgrade. Who would have thunk it.

Well it’s new so I would hope it feels tighter. Lol
The seats aren’t worn in, brand new tires, etc.
