Not 100% sure if this is the same issue as I've seen from some others.

MY21 37PP with now 1500 miles and 2 weeks of ownership.

When driving at low speeds you can *hear* but not necessarily *feel* a sound coming from what I assume to be the suspension. The closest that I can describe it would be if you put 1 or 2 marbles in a plastic bottle and slowly spun them around. Sounds loose.

I don’t feel it in the steering wheel, and it hasn't appeared to affect my driving experience but it's certainly not something I've experienced in other Raptors. Worth it to bring to a dealer? We're 2+ weeks out at pretty much every local dealer for service. Worried it may be the shocks, but searching the forums unsure what to think about it.

Problems like this are why dealers are 2 weeks out. :^) I would wait until something really broke happens. You know the dealer is not gonna find anything, according to your description.

i think a lot of this are experiencing this and all things point to the shocks. i get the popping noise over small bumps/disturbances in the road which are much more noticeable at slower speeds. i can feel them in the pedals and in my seat as well. all corners seem to do it, but of course the front shocks are much more noticeable. it also seems to be much worse in colder temps. i dont notice it when using the truck as intended, i.e. beating on it

Have you crawled under the truck and checked that the insulation isn't rubbing on the driveshaft? There is a recall for that. It might of been missed on your truck. There would be a groove or shiny part on the driveshaft.

There is a thread in suspension section just fyi, I literally have the same exact thing as tm965 stated. There is some info there. A few people have had front struts replaced and claimed to have fixed the issue. I had both rear shocks replaced and I think it’s worse now.

I think fox has a lot of bunk shocks out there, the temperature does seem to effect it when it’s colder it’s worse
