it's hard to get 3K-5K over MSRP for Socal ?
I wouldnt think it would be hard to get a dealer in so cal down to 3-5k but at the same time if you look around enough you can find one at msrp.

escondido ford says they 'only' markup $5k whereas others mark up $10-15k.
you can talk to penske ford in la mesa, they only sell at msrp but i heard the line is long.
order out of state for msrp and pay Ford a few hundred to have it transported to the dealer closest to you.
or find one of out state and make a trip out of it, i did and drove mine a little less than 1900 miles home back to SD.

Looking for one as well, want to pay MSRP (or ideally less, but that may be too far a stretch)
Any leads on dealers near CA that do this?
thanks, I will call them. The Ford dealer in Riverside wanted 25K over MSRP but they still had 9 sitting in the lot.
It's not THAT bad. I ordered mine from Penske in June and took delivery in October. Certainly worth the wait to save $5-15k, especially for a truck that most people buy as a "toy"
If anyone wants my sales persons contact number, shoot me a PM.
one member did call them and they said they didn't have any allocation, so maybe news got out and they got swamped since you bought yours.
