Dmh performance cutouts

The 2010 don't have them it was just a straight piece of pipe before te muffler. They didn't start putting a resonator on them till 2011 cause I was wondering about that too when I looke under their last week and someone said they didn't put them on the 2010's

damn. I had skipped this thread many times because I had no idea what it was talking about in the title. Now I think I am going this route when my truck comes in. Is it still louder than stock with the cut out closed?

I'm not sure about the guys that got the buyouts and removed the resonator cause the 2010 raptors didn't have resonators in them so I'm assuming thy with the resonator removed and the cutout in its place even with the cutout closed in sure it's a little bit louder and with it open HOLLY SHIT this truck should sound that way from the factory haha

Had mine installed this morning. Cutout is closed and resonator is gone. I noticed a little bit louder sound coming from the exhaust. Nothing major as I can still carry normal conversation in the cab. Still sounds throaty and good.

Now to get it wired and sounding exceptional!
