DMH- Answer the phones!!! Poor Customer Service

I was happy too. But the exhaust is rattling BAD. And I can't even talk to anyone.


I used to be DMH's biggest fan.... Starting to fall off the bandwagon.

Mine is rattling too. Here's what Badlanz sent to me as a possible solution:

You could have a loose shaft that goes thru the valve housing. Quick fix is to lightly tap on the shaft to just tweak it with a little bend and it should tight up. There should be no play or slop.

I haven't had a chance to try it yet though.

Mine was rattling too pretty bad and I finally went under there to see exactly what it was and all I had to do was tighten up something and it went away completely.

Unfortunately I didn't drive my Raptor to work today so I can't go look and see what exactly I tightened up.

I tried tightening all the hardware and it didn't help mine.
