DMH- Answer the phones!!! Poor Customer Service

Well, my cutout needs replacing as it is rattling like a ******* tin can on the pavement.

I called about three weeks ago and actually spoke to someone. They said they would send me a new cutout and I can send them back my old one.... Well, three weeks later and I hear nothing. I have been calling everyday for the past week and all I get is either no answer or a busy line tone....

WTF!

I am getting so frustrated... I want to just toss the cutout and get an exhaust kit.

Any suggestions?

yup i had there cutouts on my GMC with the 6.0 and longtubes. they leaked then one stopped working. i got no response, email or phone...i pulled them off the truck i eventually got so pissed i just threw them away cuz it made me too pissed off just looking at them in the shed

I have had a busy tone the last 3 or 4 times I tried to call to order a cutout. I also sent an email and nothing. I think I just decided yesterday to go with the badlanz. I hope DMH is rolling in money....because they aren't getting mine.

I called after I placed my order and the guy said he was behind. Sent unit right out next day. Sounded like he was/is a small operation. It's hard for those guys to keep up when they get busy. Somebody needs a secretary to answer phones and take orders. Mine has held up so far. And I open close it 3-4 times a day

I'm completely satisfied with my DMH after a year but I do know the guy is hard to get a hold of.

I was happy too. But the exhaust is rattling BAD. And I can't even talk to anyone.


I used to be DMH's biggest fan.... Starting to fall off the bandwagon.
