I just wanted to post a couple pics of my bug screen protector. I thought about making one myself (very simple to do), but then BIGt0007 stepped up and made a bunch for the CT guys. Thanks Tyler, it fits perfect and looks great.

Tyler (BIGt0007) should be able to touch on that, but I believe he just picked up a roll of screen at a hardware store and a grommet kit at a crafts store. And then went to town.

I here you guys are looking for a HOW TO

It's super easy
HomeDepot sells 36" fiberglass screen and grommet kits. I don't have any pics.

If you can't find that stuff in the Netherlands, Let me know I can make you some and ship it to you. shipping is gonna cost a few bucks I would think.

Tyler used zip ties to attach his, I used mini bungee cords. Three grommets top and bottom. I didn't use the bottom middle grommet. I also took the clip off the hood release cable where it attaches near the horns, you can see in the pics how it runs in front of the screen.

I had a screen like that in my truck, then I decided to put a 40" and a 30" light bar set up behind the grille. Screen no longer fits. Back to cleaning bugs out of my radiator.
